SPECIAL EVENTS COORDINATOR

Job Summary
Coordinate assigned communication with internal departments including Operations, Slot Operations, Table Games, Food & Beverage, Security, Facilities, and Entertainment. Assist with event logistics such as room setups, equipment needs, signage placement, credential distribution, and event-day checklists as directed. Provide on-site event support including guest assistance and address any customer queries or complaints. Track assigned expenses, collect invoices, and submit documentation for review and approval. Maintain organized event documentation including schedules, contact lists, approvals, and post-event notes. Assist with post-event follow-up by compiling attendance numbers, guest feedback, and operational notes. Ensure assigned tasks comply with gaming regulations, internal controls, and departmental SOPs. Regular attendance on all scheduled shifts is required. High school diploma or equivalent required with 1–3 years of experience in event support, hospitality, marketing, or casino operations preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift 50 pounds
- Understanding of event layout and equipment configurations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Regular attendance on all scheduled shifts
- Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts
- Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures
- Willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future
- Adherence to all appearance and uniform standards
- Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to take direction and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in event support, hospitality, marketing, or casino operations
- Familiarity with CRM or casino systems
