Job Summary
Special Event Coordinator at Point Sebago Resort in Casco, ME leading and hosting entertainment/activities events, coordinating with Entertainment Lead and Lifestyle Manager to deliver a high-quality guest experience, conducting quality checks, identifying risks, enforcing safety regulations, and communicating effectively with guests and staff. Roles include both seasonal and full-time opportunities, with on-site requirements and opportunities to interact with guests across ages, require strong organization, problem-solving, and public speaking skills, and involve managing schedules, feedback, and team collaboration to create the Point Sebago FUN Experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience in entertainment and recreation related field preferred
- CPR and First Aid Certified preferred
- Ability to work nights/weekends
- Comfortable on a microphone in front of guests
