Special Event Atmosphere Stage Manager- Spooktacular

Manage Spooktacular cast and crew across event dates, including supervising daily operation of Spooktacular Talent and other consumer-event talent, scheduling tasks for cast and crew, assisting rehearsals and trainings, mentoring staff, and ensuring safety and compliance with SOPs. Provide logistical support for entertainment operations, maintain show quality and artistic/technical integrity, act as front-line management and liaison with Production and Entertainment Management, coordinate events at other venues as needed, and submit daily activity reports. Cover for other supervisors/technicians as needed; work in a team environment with guests and ambassadors; participate in auditions and auditions-prep activities as part of entertainment operations.
