Special Event Atmosphere Stage Manager- Spooktacular

Special Event Atmosphere Stage Manager who will oversee Spooktacular cast and crew for weekend event dates and a Labor Day/Memorial Day-type extended schedule. Responsibilities include supervising and implementing daily operations of Spooktacular talent and other consumer event festival talent, scheduling and following up on task assignments for cast and crew, assisting with rehearsals and trainings, mentoring staff to maintain a collaborative productions, providing logistical support, developing and updating SOPs, attendance and performance tracking, daily reports, supply requests, ensuring safety training and proper PPE usage, supervising areas including events cast, technicians, costume/dresser staff, daily hours reporting, ambassador coaching, overtime requests, and inventory/procurement of equipment and supplies. Maintain artistic and technical integrity of shows/events, act as front-line management representative, coordinate with Production and Entertainment teams, and submit daily show/activity reports. May cover for other supervisors as needed and participate in team environments interacting with guests and ambassadors. Perks include park admission, discounts, scholarships, and exclusive events.
