Job Summary
Implement ABA treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts in a home-based setting for children aged 0 to 21. Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and report progress to supervisors. Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors while maintaining clear lines of communication with all applicable parties. Complete any other tasks outlined by a BCBA or LBA. This role requires availability in the afternoon or early evening, with weekends a plus, and offers flexible part-time or evening hours. Paid training and support are provided to boost confidence in executing treatment plans.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of ABA experience
- Availability in the afternoon/early evening
- Must have reliable transportation
- E-Verify Participation
Desired Qualifications
- Availability on weekends
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
- A passion for working with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
- Bilingual skills
