Special Education Teacher-VI

Create and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEP) for students, prepare detailed lesson plans for administrator approval, and communicate progress with staff and families. Participate in scheduled IEP meetings, use individualized reinforcement techniques, and invite family members to educational progress reviews. Confer with on-site therapists regarding disciplinary and behavioral issues while maintaining a safe, productive classroom environment. Submit quarterly progress reports and foster a bright, active learning environment.
