Job Summary
Special Education Teacher responsible for developing and monitoring accommodations for students with special needs; collaborate with families and Special Education teams to develop 504 plans and IEPs; deliver an inclusive, differentiated curriculum; provide academic, emotional, and physical support; implement pull-out, push-in, small group, and one-on-one instruction; participate in weekly meetings and practice-based professional development; build positive relationships with students and families; urban K-12 setting; prior experience 1-2 years preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- NJ state certification eligibility requirements (certification not prerequisite)
