Job Summary
Special Education Teacher position in Houston area for TX-STAR Speech Language Services. Responsibilities include providing individualized instruction, implementing and managing IEPs, adapting curriculum for accessibility, collaborating with school teams, attending ARD/IEP meetings, monitoring progress, and utilizing assistive technology. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field and valid Texas Special Education teaching certification; Master’s degree preferred. School-based, on-site roles with flexible full-time or part-time placements in Houston; bi-weekly pay and benefits available.
