Job Summary
Special Education Teacher needed to provide individualized instruction and collaborate with school teams to support students with diverse learning needs in El Paso, TX. Responsibilities include implementing and managing IEPs, delivering tailored instruction, adapting curriculum for accessibility and inclusion, monitoring student progress, supporting academic, social, and emotional development, utilizing assistive technology, collaborating with general education staff and families, participating in ARD/IEP meetings, and maintaining compliant documentation. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (or related field) and valid Texas Special Education teaching certification; Master’s degree preferred. Work is school-based and on-site with flexible full-time or part-time placements for Pre-K through High School, with bi-weekly pay and benefits.
