Special Education Teacher

Design and deliver individualized instruction while developing, implementing, and managing Individualized Education Programs in accordance with student needs and required timelines. Modify curriculum, classroom materials, and instructional methods to improve accessibility, using assessments and progress data to guide decisions. Coordinate with general education teachers, related-service providers, campus staff, and families, and participate in ARD and IEP meetings to contribute to measurable student goals. Maintain accurate service records and documentation while following district procedures and applicable state and federal special education requirements. Support students in building academic skills, self-confidence, social development, and emotional well-being through specialized instruction tailored to their unique learning profiles.
