Job Summary
Teach and support students using IEP-driven instruction while helping them build functional life skills and independence. Use positive behavior strategies within a highly supportive team and collaborate with assistants, clinicians, therapists, and families. Maintain MSDE certification and contribute to student growth daily. This role is part of a nonpublic, MSDE-approved program serving students ages 5–21 with intellectual and developmental disabilities, offering a compassionate environment focused on communication, independence, and confidence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education or a closely related field
- Maryland Special Education License
