Job Summary
Provide full-time special education instruction to students with severe disabilities and significant behavioral needs while managing a Setting 4 caseload across elementary through high school age groups. Develop and implement individualized instruction and support strategies, maintaining a structured, safe, and supportive learning environment. Collaborate with educators, specialists, and school staff to ensure comprehensive student progress in academic, behavioral, social, and functional skills. This long-term contract through June 10, 2027, offers health, dental, and vision insurance for qualified candidates holding a Tier 3 or Tier 4 Minnesota Special Education Teaching License.
Required Qualifications
- Tier 3 or Tier 4 Minnesota Special Education Teaching License
- Experience working with students with severe disabilities
- Ability to teach and support students ranging from elementary through high school
- Strong classroom management and behavioral support skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, specialists, and other school personnel
