Job Summary
Special Education Teacher needed for K-5 setting. In-person only role with push-in/pull-out services; develop and implement IEPs, differentiate instruction, adapt curricula, monitor progress with data-driven decisions, collaborate with general education staff and therapists, participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences, maintain records per CDE/IDEA guidelines, and implement BIPs. Requires Colorado teaching license with SPED endorsement, and fingerprint clearance; 40-hour/week contracts available with pay at $45-$58 per hour. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education from an accredited program
- Colorado Teaching License with Special Education Endorsement (issued by the Colorado Department of Education)
- Experience with IEP development and implementation
- Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required
