Job Summary
Special Education Teacher for Resource - Science at Trenton High School (K-12 scope: Elementary, Middle & High School). Develops and implements written instructional plans to meet diverse student needs, maintains a conducive learning environment, aligns instruction with curriculum goals, demonstrates commitment to district instructional objectives, and collaborates with colleagues, families, and students. Requires a Bachelor's degree and valid NJDOE certification; 10-month position with annual salary range $70,075 to $114,875. 2D responsibilities include establishing objectives, guiding student learning, and performing duties as assigned by the building principal; supports inclusive education and equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Valid New Jersey Teacher Certification or eligibility for appropriate certification
- All certificated positions require a valid certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE)
