Job Summary
Special Education Teacher responsible for inspiring, empowering, and challenging students within a safe, student-centered environment. Collaborates with professional educators and community partners to ensure student success. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and an active Massachusetts DESE teaching license; must complete a criminal history background check and provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident status. Bilingualism is highly desired but not required. Compensation is based on the Unit A teacher contract salary schedule; Peabody Public Schools uphold nondiscrimination policies across race, religion, color, age, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, and disability.
Required Qualifications
