Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized education programs and lesson plans tailored to student needs. Deliver engaging instruction using varied teaching methods while managing classroom behavior to ensure a safe learning environment. Track student progress and prepare required documentation and reports. Lead and support classroom staff to ensure consistent implementation of student plans. Requires a Bachelor's degree, valid Pennsylvania Special Education teaching certification, and minimum three months of experience working with students with disabilities.
