Job Summary
Seeking a Special Education Teacher (Mild/Moderate) to provide exceptional, inclusive education for diverse learners, ensuring compliance with IEPs and promoting positive support strategies. Candidates should have at least 2 years experience in special education, a valid teaching credential, and a collaborative mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited institution
- Must have a valid Lifetime License or Provisional License in the appropriate Cross-Categorical Endorsement or be eligible to obtain a 1 Year License with Stipulations
- Must maintain active and in-good-standing credential status throughout employment
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience working with children in special education, behavioral support, or related settings
- Background or understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Knowledge of special education law, IDEA compliance, and effective inclusion practices
