Special Education Teacher - Middle School

Instruct assigned classes in designated locations and times while planning programs that meet individual student needs and interests. Create conducive learning environments, employ varied instructional techniques, and guide students toward curriculum goals with clear objectives. Diagnose learning disabilities, assess student accomplishments regularly, and maintain accurate records as required by law and district policy. Encourage behavioral standards, supervise instructional aides, and implement district educational philosophies through daily action. Make provisions for meetings with students and parents outside the instructional day when requested.
