Job Summary
Anchor Academy - Berkley Campus seeks a licensed Special Education Teacher with a strong background in teaching middle and high school students. Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts teaching certification by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (Ages 5 -12)
- Must be 21 years or older
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Knowledge of the needs of the population served
- Acceptable CORI and OIG background check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in an alternative school setting
- Utilization of Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks
- Ability to work collaboratively with educational and clinical teams
- Fluency in a second language (for the bilingual bonus)
