Conduct annual parent interviews and student assessments to develop individualized education programs (IEPs) with multidisciplinary teams. Create tailored instructional programs adapting curriculum for diverse learning needs while teaching independent living and community-based skills. Document student progress, coordinate IEP meetings, and supervise instructional aides. Perform regular classroom duties including planning and instruction, while promoting social integration and advocating for quality services. Provide parents with training and resources to support learning at home. Maintain professional development through ongoing training. Full-time schedule with no weekend hours; weekly pay of $41-$51 per hour.
