Job Summary
Special Education Teacher for High School History/Social Science in a DMH-funded Intensive Residential Treatment Program. Provide individualized instruction aligned with MA frameworks, develop and monitor IEP goals, employ trauma-informed and therapeutic practices, support social-emotional learning, crisis intervention, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams in a structured therapeutic setting; full-time position with benefits; salary $60k-$75k.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts DESE Special Education Teacher License – Moderate Disabilities (5–12) required
- Massachusetts DESE Licensure in High School History/Social Science required
- Strong knowledge of Massachusetts History and Social Science Curriculum Frameworks
