Job Summary
Special Education Teacher implementing NYSED-guidelines-based lesson plans for students with developmental disabilities; 12-month position in Seaford, NY; hours 8:00-4:00, Monday-Friday. New graduates with pending certification welcome. Responsibilities include implementing lesson plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary team, and employing differentiated instruction; knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis highly preferred; bilingual is a plus. Required Qualifications
- NYSED certification: Students with Disabilities Birth - Grade 2, Students with Disabilities 1-6, or Students with Disabilities All Grades
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in appropriate field (implied by role)
