Job Summary
Special Education Teacher-Elementary position in White Hall School District for 2026-2027. Responsible for maximizing learning for students with special needs by implementing district-approved curriculum, documenting progress, developing and implementing IEPs and behavior plans, coordinating with outside agencies, and collaborating with staff and parents. Requires Arkansas state certification in Special Education, ability to organize records, engage in parental involvement, and participate in ongoing professional development. Travel to school district buildings and professional meetings as required; uses standard office equipment; strong knowledge of special education principles, differentiated instruction, data analysis, and federal/state education laws.
Required Qualifications
- Arkansas Certification/License: State Certification as a Special Education Teacher.
- Motor Vehicle Operator's License or ability to provide own transportation.
