Job Summary
Communicate high learning expectations, assess student knowledge, and specify lesson objectives while teaching clearly and fluently using varied methods such as modeling, demonstrating, and role-playing. Provide prompt feedback on learning and progress, re-teach as necessary, and summarize main points to ensure closure. Establish classroom management procedures, distribute materials, and monitor behavior continuously to maintain high time-on-task levels. Interact respectfully with students, faculty, and parents; complete lesson plans per collective bargaining agreement and board policies; and maintain accurate records and communications.
Required Qualifications
- Appropriate Illinois Licensure
- Superior work habits and ethics
- Excellent communications skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work well with students, faculty and parents

- Multiple certifications preferred
