Job Summary
Create and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students, preparing detailed lesson plans for administrator approval. Communicate with staff and families regarding student progress, participate in scheduled IEP meetings, and distribute quarterly progress reports. Use individualized reinforcement techniques to support student development while maintaining a safe, productive classroom environment. Confer with on-site therapists regarding disciplinary and behavioral issues. Invite family members to participate in each student's educational journey. Requires a Colorado State Special Services Provider license or state teacher's license, a Master's degree in Special Education, and K-12 experience.
Required Qualifications
