Special Education Teacher (Any Special Education Certification)

Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences for students with special needs. Develop lesson plans, establish clear objectives, and provide diverse learning materials to support students at varying progress levels. Instruct students in using learning equipment, monitor their performance, and assign and grade work while providing appropriate feedback. Manage student behavior by enforcing classroom and district rules, maintain accurate records of progress, and prepare required reports. Foster communication with parents and participate in department meetings and professional development to stay current with subject developments.
