Job Summary
Provide specialized instruction and classroom leadership for children and adolescents with brain injuries, neurobehavioral disorders, and other complex diagnoses; design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs); mentor teachers and teacher assistants; analyze student progress using data-driven strategies to refine instructional methods; stay current with evidence-based practices in special education and ABA; ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and best-practice standards in special education and behavior management. Must hold or pursue MA State Teaching License in Moderate or Severe Special Education; master’s degree preferred; salary range $65,000–$94,000; $5,000 sign-on bonus; benefits and tuition support available.
