Job Summary
Oversee assigned students' Individualized Catholic Education Plans (ICEPs) by monitoring data in AbleSpace, developing measurable goals, and ensuring accommodations are consistently implemented. Serve as primary case managers by tracking academic progress, collecting progress monitoring data, and preparing quarterly reports for families while collaborating with teachers and service providers. Support targeted academic interventions using MAP and i-Ready data to address reading and math needs, and assist in evaluation processes by contributing instructional insights and documentation. Provide direct instructional support through push-in services and small-group instruction, advocate for inclusive practices and Universal Design for Learning, and maintain weekly meetings with the Special Education team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of classroom teaching experience
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field
- Experience with MTSS processes and implementing academic interventions
- Experience with Evaluation and IEP Processes
