Job Summary
Certified Special Education Teacher responsible for managing a caseload of students with disabilities, developing and implementing lesson plans, differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs, collaborating with a team to align instruction with IEP goals, pursuing ongoing professional development, and applying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. The role includes developing IEPs, providing instructional support on-site, delivering feedback to paraprofessionals and behavior specialists, analyzing curriculum data bi-weekly to guide instructional decisions, maintaining regular communication with students and parents, modifying materials as needed, and contributing to a best-practice educational model at the Early Learning Center. Candidates should have experience with moderate to severe disabilities, a commitment to ABA training, and possession of required Arizona teaching credentials and fingerprint clearance.
