Job Summary
Develop and implement IEPs and lesson plans tailored to individual student needs while delivering engaging instruction using varied teaching methods. Manage classroom behavior to ensure a safe learning environment and track progress by preparing required documentation and reports. Lead and support classroom staff to ensure consistent implementation of student plans within a multidisciplinary team. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, valid Pennsylvania Special Education teaching certification, and at least three months of experience working with students with disabilities.
