Special Education Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead the development and continuous improvement of specialized programs serving students with disabilities; supervise and coach special education staff; ensure IEP implementation aligns with CT SDE standards and federal mandates; monitor program quality, data, and student progress; collaborate with LEAs and PPT processes; provide consultation and training to general education staff; design and deliver professional learning on evidence-based practices; advance MTSS and Section 504 implementation across elementary and early childhood settings; build leadership capacity and Partnerships to support inclusive programming and student success.
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification in Special Education, School Psychology, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field
- Master's degree in an appropriate educational discipline
- Connecticut Administrator Certification required
