Responsibilities include managing IEP/504 compliance, coaching staff and para-educators, developing and implementing specialized curricula and instructional strategies, delivering professional development, supervising and evaluating staff, and supporting referrals, evaluations, and placement decisions. Data management of legal records and student performance informs instructional decisions; travel required to Des Moines and Davenport.
