Job Summary
Support content teachers and ELA staff on SIOP strategies to meet student needs while teaching the approved RE50J curriculum based on provided lesson plans. Adapt instruction for ELL students to advance achievement, supervise assigned students, and maintain positive learning environments through established behavior expectations. Assess student work when time permits, ensure confidentiality of student information, and foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the community. Comply with District policies, including scheduled meetings and utilizing the SAM system for substitute management. Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active teacher license or substitute authorization issued by the State of Colorado
