Facilitate the personal, social, and intellectual development of students by establishing a nurturing learning environment and responding to individual needs. Implement assessment measures, select effective instructional methods, and maintain open communication with parents while adhering to strict confidentiality policies. Maintain proper discipline, correct student work, and participate in school-wide projects, assemblies, and curriculum committees. Cover classes according to contractual guidelines, supervise recess and lunch, and ensure the classroom remains secure and orderly at the end of the day. Keep abreast of curriculum trends, engage in professional growth activities, and provide basic counseling assistance to students.
