Job Summary
Facilitate student success by implementing specialized instruction, adapting classroom materials, and documenting progress through weekly newsletters and assessment reports. Manage behavior, direct assistant teachers and paraeducators, and collaborate with general education staff to ensure IEP goals are met. Lead preschool students in educational environments while modeling social skills and responding to emergency situations or health needs. Attend IEP meetings and advise parents on student achievements and improvement strategies. Work under general supervision to maintain a safe, optimal learning environment and ensure all timelines and district curriculum requirements are followed.
Required Qualifications
- SPED license
- Mild/Moderate Support Needs endorsement
