Oversee the special education process from referral through placement; manage IEP timelines, reevaluations, progress reports, and compliance deadlines; review and maintain student records and documentation; serve as primary contact for school districts regarding IEPs, timelines, and records; coordinate referrals, intakes, and onboarding; support teachers and clinicians with scheduling, reminders, and procedural guidance; assist with MAP-A, DLM, and other special education assessments; monitor compliance with IDEA and Missouri special education requirements; identify workflow gaps and partner with leadership to improve systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Special Education required
  • Current Missouri Special Education teaching license or administrative certification
