Job Summary
Special Education Preschool Paraprofessional position at Avery Elementary School (Bellevue, NE). 6-hour workday assisting students in small groups and individually under teacher direction. Responsibilities include lifting and providing physical assistance, assisting in lunchroom, toileting, transportation, and recreational activities. Requires 6 hours of college credit in Early Childhood Education with an additional 6 hours to be completed within one year of hire. Regular attendance for the assigned duties and duration is expected; veteran’s preference applies.
