Job Summary
Provide specialized academic support in reading, writing, and math while developing and monitoring IEPs aligned with district guidelines. Deliver direct instruction and intervention for elementary learners with diverse learning profiles, focusing on social skills, emotional regulation, and executive functioning. Partner with teachers, families, and service providers to ensure coordinated student support within a welcoming, inclusive environment. Candidates must hold an active Minnesota teaching license with a Special Education endorsement and possess prior experience supporting students with diverse needs. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's in Special Education preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Prior experience in special education or a related teaching role
