Special Education Paraprofessional

Paraprofessional to assist student(s) with special needs throughout the day, including support with hygiene, mobility, and classroom tasks. Responsibilities include training in multiple interventions, providing small group and individual instruction, assisting with classroom management, delivering written and verbal student feedback, monitoring student achievement, assisting with computer-related activities, and completing daily/weekly time logs to document interventions for EL students. Requires eligibility to work in the United States, and education may be supported by a High School Diploma plus 60 credit hours or an associate's degree or ParaPro score. Must participate in professional development and support district goals and school culture. Location: Thorne Elementary School, Westwood Community Schools, Michigan.
