Job Summary
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs, fostering academic, behavioral, social, and life skills development. Assist teachers with implementing individualized education and behavior support plans while promoting a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment. Support students with daily routines, classroom activities, communication, transitions, and personal care needs as appropriate to each student's individualized program. Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to encourage student growth and reinforce positive behaviors. Current hands-on CPR and First Aid certification required; ability to complete all required training. Earn $20.00 per hour with weekly pay, bonuses, and incentives.
