Special Education Paraprofessional K-12

Special Education Paraprofessional responsible for supporting special and general education teachers, leading small groups and one-to-one follow-up, implementing IEP adaptations and accommodations, providing feedback on activities and behavior, promoting a positive learning environment, facilitating interactions between students with disabilities and peers, developing communication/social/functional skills, implementing behavior plans with reinforcement and de-escalation, collecting student data, and assisting with mobility and daily living activities; position includes driving a district vehicle when needed, and works 31.25 hours/week across 174 days/year with starting pay $19.85-$24.05 per hour under LEAF Contract in Lakeville Area Schools (ISD 194).
