Job Summary
Support special education programming in a K-12 setting by leading small groups and providing one-to-one follow-up, re-teaching, and on-task support; implement IEP adaptations and accommodations, provide feedback to teachers on student participation and behavior, promote a positive learning environment, facilitate interactions between students with disabilities and peers, assist with development of communication, social, and functional skills, and help with activities of daily living and mobility tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- AA degree (minimum of 60 college credits) or successful Para Pro test or Para Educator Assessment
