Job Summary
Contribute to students' academic and social growth by providing individual or small group support under the direction of certified staff. Responsibilities include following and implementing the teacher's and Special Education Case Manager's directives, proficient use of technology, and effective communication. The role requires confidentiality, adaptability, teamwork, and may involve physical lifting tasks; work hours are approximately 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. on school days, with potential training days. Starting wage is $18.50–$22.74 per hour, with a benefits package including health, life, disability, dental, vision, and a 403b retirement plan.
