Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year experience working in a licensed childcare center or public school system
- Understanding, patience, and flexibility in dealing with clients, parents, and team members
- Successful completion of Personal Care Aide training
- Completion of Positive Behavioral Supports and Crisis Intervention and Safety Training
- Ability to read and understand written plans
- Physical ability to perform the job as a caretaker, including lifting up to fifty pounds

- Must meet agency’s conditions of employment regarding health status and clearance with the Nebraska Child Abuse/Neglect Central Registry and/or Adult Abuse/Neglect Registry, the Nebraska State Patrol, criminal background check, and fingerprinting
