Job Summary
Self-Contained Special Education Paraprofessional supporting students in a variety of settings including resource and general education classrooms; assists with instructional plans, small-group instruction, classroom organization, and maintaining positive learning environments; requires strong communication, confidentiality, and ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff; job includes maintaining records, following district policies, and reporting concerns in accordance with Arkansas law; 180-day contract, non-exempt, full-time responsibilities in an elementary/secondary Special Education team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s degree or 60 college hours required
