Job Summary
Special education paraprofessional to support a single student placed at Colorado School for the Deaf and Blind. Responsibilities include assisting in small group activities or one-on-one, following implemented educational support plans, observing and recording behavior, reinforcing acceptable behaviors, and aiding students with self-care tasks such as toilet training, bathing, and personal cleanliness. Role requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to work with elementary-age students; CPR/First Aid are desirable. This is a full-time position with full benefits in Monument, CO, with wage starting at $19.65-$21.21 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
