Assess student abilities and provide instructional and behavioral assistance for students in accordance with their individual education plan (IEP) and/or 504-behavior plan, supporting 1:1 or small group needs. Implement result-driven curriculum and instruction designed for unique disabilities through resource room, inclusion, and pullout services. Commit to educating the whole student academically, morally, and socially while attending professional development, specialized trainings, and IEP meetings with the special education team and parents. Assist with required compliance documentation and defuse situations to prevent escalation.
