Job Summary
Support a safe, positive teaching and learning environment by adhering to Individual Education Plans and maintaining confidentiality regarding student educational programming. Assist in the physical and intellectual development of students while supporting their social, emotional, and behavioral growth. Establish positive relationships with teachers, staff, and students through consistent communication and demonstrate ethical professional standards. Collaborate with administrators and other staff to ensure best practices and supports are in place, and participate in professional learning opportunities. Work Monday through Friday from 7:25 am to 3:10 pm for seven hours daily at West Elementary School in Polk City.
