Job Summary
Implement Individual Education Plans and Behavior Implementation Plans while preparing instructional materials and equipment. Assist with personal care, hygiene activities, and crisis response including physical management as needed. Participate in ongoing training for verbal de-escalation, alternate communication devices, and bus rider safety to support student transitions and consistent transportation. Maintain student documentation, Medicaid logs, and progress monitoring records. Create positive working relationships with the school community, students, and staff while attending work on a prompt and regular basis. Ensure confidentiality and complete assigned duties in collaboration with the special education department.
Required Qualifications
