Job Summary
Support students in lower elementary classrooms with special education needs through daily instruction and behavioral guidance. Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement individualized education plans and monitor student progress. Provide direct assistance with academic tasks, social-emotional development, and classroom management during the 7.25-hour daily schedule. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and report observations to the team.
